How is the workshop delivered

  • Delivered during pregnancy to help women prepare for the early days
  • Delivered live with interactive parts and Q&A
  • Run online via Zoom
  • 90 minute session
  • Daytime or evening sessions to maximise access
  • Can sit alongside existing antenatal classes

Optional follow up call

1-2 months afterwards we can have a 15 minute telephone check in
