I have been asked lots of questions about headaches. Research has long recognised a link between hydration and headaches – so we need to make sure we have enough liquid, as well as a link between blood pressure and headaches but today this article suggests there might be a link between salt and headaches. Perhaps something for those of you who suffer from headaches to consider this Christmas when the salty snacks are plentiful?
