Super quick Red Lentil Pasta with chicken and chilli

Serves 1-2

Ready in about 10 minutes

100g Red lentil pasta

100g chicken breast (cooked)

1 tsp red chilli, finely chopped

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

35g spinach, washed

Black pepper to taste

  1. Prepare the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Cook the red lentil pasta in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until al-dente and drain.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Serve. (Best served immediately. If you would like to serve later, cook the pasta and then combine the ingredients just before serving).
